“It Hurts When I Throw!”

It is helpful to understand the function of the rotator cuff. The cuff consists of 4 muscles that surround the ball of the shoulder joint. When they function normally, they help the ball stay centered in the socket so the larger muscles can provide the strength needed for activities.

The Look

Good putting requires confidence, a steady hand and a belief this putt is going in. Next time you are faced with a crucial putt, be aware of how you watch it role. Looking down the target line as your body remains still vs. lifting and rotating could be the answer to holing more putts.
