WHAT’S IN A NAME?
When you eat industrial food, realize that some liberties are being taken with your meal, and the sauces that come with it. Take for instance the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, found at most fast food joints. The ingredient list should list two items: honey and mustard. And while technically mustard is mustard seed, vinegar and water, it is a relatively simple thing. And honey is, well, honey. That’s it. So ask yourself, before you dip – what the hell is going on here, and why am I eating it?
